Breaking Free Through Healing History
Breaking the cycle of historical and personal trauma
With Gary Reiss, PhD, Certified Process Work Trainer
Many of our most chronic body symptoms, emotional problems, relationship and world issues don’t shift because we need to work with the ghosts of history that fuel these old patterns. Many of our problems aren’t just personal but leftover pieces of our psychological inheritances.
In this online course we will talk about how to bring the ghosts of history into individual, family, and worldwork scenes, and do an experiential exercise to further the clearing of our own historical trauma ghosts.
