We need more inspirational leaders at this time in our collective, social and organizational history. We are all the leaders the world needs today and into the future.
There are different points of view about what Leadership is. One idea is that a magnetic individual holds that position within a system and the rest follow. The so-called leader sets the vision and the people do the work to make it happen. Another idea is that a leader feels in and perceives the peoples experience and the peoples direction supports them to emerge and follow. Another idea is that the Leader follows a trend that is up and coming or the secondary process that is trying to emerge and express itself. Another style is the leader who can facilitate all the different tendencies in a group.
In this course, we will address how to create teams with complementary leaderships and what are the systemic positions from which to lead a team.
