SEMINAR INFORMATION

A process oriented approach to organisational development

with Errol Amerasekera

Organisations are a microcosm of society itself

LEARNING AREAS

Discussion

The constant drive for performance means that organisational relationships can be volatile and unpredictable as they are very much part of a live system. Additionally, they often mirror systemic and cultural edges which rarely remain static and unchanging where growth, change and ambition are involved. This can make working with organisations challenging, but also extremely fulfilling.

In this workshop we will explore how we can apply our Process Work skills and methodology within a context of organisational development, particularly when working with leadership, culture and performance.
