How can we work with anger instead of against it?
If you have ever wanted to insult, hurt or kill someone… or yourself, physically or emotionally, successfully or thankfully not… then you know what it is to be overwhelmed by rage and vengeance. What it is to lose meta-communicator and feel guilty afterwards, promise never to explode again and find yourself having done so…
Or maybe you have experienced being on the other side of this process, living with an overwhelming person or group, feeling victimized and despite all attempts to accept it as your secondary stuff, hating it powerlessly?
Let’s explore together how we dream up each other into near-extreme states of consciousness. And how we could master a new trajectory through such a strong gravitation field without necessarily collapsing into the black hole.
Trauma-informed processwork can help a lot in situations like this where there is too much aggression and too little connection with the one the aggressor is trying to defend. It also helps the vulnerable party to express more of their feelings or stamina thus reducing polarization by the very power of expression. And of course we’ll have a look at the edge figures on each side.
