Catharine helps individuals and couples find ways to bring their deepest selves into the world. She combine empirical approaches with a wholistic view that welcome other viewpoints and ways to see the world. The processwork belief that there is often something useful in disturbances (and attractions) is a foundation of her work.
Catharine studied psychology at York University, Process work at the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon, and Relational and Family Therapy at the University of Winnipeg.
Catharine is passionate about nature, our connection to places we live, and social justice, and the connections and community we create on Processwork Online.
