Supervision is magical. It is much more than developing competency.

It is a place of support, reflection, challenge, authentic feedback and love.

We share client case studies, our successes and failures and coaching options. Through discussion and exercises we uncover blind spots, explore new ways of seeing and being, consider ethical issues, examine our responses and reactions to issues and discuss personal challenges. 

Confidentiality is a condition of participation. 

Supervision supports coaches and facilitators who want to:

• Deepen their practice;

• Facilitate lasting change in clients, and

• Develop the art of seeing the invisible.

Great coaches are highly insightful and skilled. They understand the many layers to their clients and the organisations they work in, as well as the systems they operate in. Great coaches also know themselves. Coaching supervision is professional and personal development that improves the capacity, impact and standard of coaching.

Supervision provides a structured, supportive environment to reflect, learn and grow. It is new to coaching, and a wonderful way to bring the support and learning that therapists have long enjoyed, to coaches, organizational consultants and facilitators. 

Because of the confidential, and personal nature of the work, recordings are only available to participants for a limited time. You always have the right to not be in the recording.
