WE WILL:
Change is a constant and inevitable. For most of us, a part of us usually cooperates with change and sometimes even enjoys it. And another part holds onto the present or the past, and resists and fights change. How we relate to and navigate change is one of the most important factors for a meaningful, satisfying life.
Moving from one year to another offers the opportunity to reflect on and release the past, embrace the present, and look forward to the future; a time to consider how change is happening in our lives. We will use community, ritual, oracles, and ceremony to tap into the wisdom of the body and our own unique intuitive creative self to discover what needs to be left behind and, more importantly, what is trying to emerge. Once the change that is trying to emerge is identified, methods for supporting and integrating it will be offered.
Bring a journal or paper, and a pen (or coloured pencils, if you like) matches or lighter, and a bowl. If you have a favorite oracle card deck, bring that. If not, any picture or photograph you are attracted to will work as well.
All proceeds of this workshop will go towards racialized/global majority teachers on Processwork Online, to diversify who teaches and uses processwork across the globe.
Join us live on New Year’s day. This is a participatory exploration of change, and won’t be recorded.
