About your Teacher

Drawing on her early career in neuroscience, Rho’s rich understanding of the principles of neuro-leadership, supports
leaders in reinventing how they show up in the face the competing demands and role pressures. Rho partners with
leaders to reflect on hierarchical dynamics and use their authority effectively.

Rho Sandberg draws on over 2800 hours experience and has been awarded the status of Master Certified Coach, the
highest recognition awarded by the International Coach Federation. Rho is co-founder of the Global Coaching Institute and Director of Coaching Services. She has trained over 2000 leaders, managers, HR professionals and mediators to become executive and conflict management coaches.
