The “Process” in Process Work: A Recorded Workshop with Joe Goodbread

A 2-hour pre-recorded workshop with Joe Goodbread given on Nov 4th.

TOPIC: The “Process” in Process Work: What it is, where it came from, and how to recognise it when you see it. Our emphasis will be on the dynamics of process – how it continually unfolds, with or without our help, from the therapeutic practice to all aspects of everyday life.

Save money when you get both Joe’s November workshops!

The first workshop explores “process”. Process is the essence of change – it flows along regardless of our attempts to pin it down to fixed structures and objects. Process work implies facilitation of process – recognizing what is changing, valuing the direction it is going, and helping it get there. In this seminar we’ll take a look back at the origins of the process concept in Arny Mindell’s work, and why it still keeps process work alive and exciting.

Short exercises will help you recognize process and its unfolding in inner, relational, and a social contexts. We will also experiment with “Vitamin P”, tiny bits of process awareness that can help facilitate process no matter where or when you find it.
