LEARNING AREAS
What is white supremacy? Anti-Blackness? How is being anti-racist different from being non-racist? How can Process Workers use their powerful skills to encourage and guide talking about race?
Join Diane Wong for an interactive deep dive into the anti-racism journey and how Process Work/Deep Democracy can propel anti-racism work in the U.S. and internationally. It’s past time to understand what whiteness means. It’s time to acknowledge our systemic and individual anti-Black bias, a path to personal growth that starts with understanding and accepting the fullness of U.S. history – including slavery, Jim Crow, and current racial discrimination.
Join us for robust, courageous dialogue. Let’s Talk About Race.

Her facilitative scope includes work with cities, towns, schools, community organizations, and large-scale engagement in shifting corporate culture.
Diane is Co-Founder and Co-Host of an award-winning multimedia radio show and podcast, Let’s Talk About Race, which invites people to have conversations around race and racism. Diane also founded the Racial Justice Collaborative (RJC), a team of mediators, facilitators, educators, therapists, and visionaries who work with community members to build awareness, create learning opportunities, and facilitate growth processing racial feelings and beliefs.
In 2020, DWC, in partnership with RJC, hosted two 2 Race Dialogue Retreats with over 200 participants from all over the world seeking to dismantle white supremacy. Reach Diane at dianemwong@gmail.com
