In this pop-up course, we use astrology and Process-Oriented Psychology to explore the inner anima and animus.

These are the often split-off feminine and masculine archetypes shaping desire, attraction, projection and inner conflict.

Through the lens of astrology, we identify how these archetypal energies appear in what you idealize, crave, resist or feel magnetized toward in others and in life itself. Then, using Processwork, we work with these forces as living parts of your psyche seeking relationship and integration.

This is a process of reclaiming the essential qualities from your attractions and entanglements, restoring dialogue between inner opposites and cultivating a more conscious, creative, and whole inner ecosystem.
